Why Homosexuality Is So Bad

First off we as Christians should stop making homosexuals the main target of our anti-sin crusade. In fact we need to stop any anti-sin crusade.
Witness with your every day actions and speak the truth in individual situations. Be Christlike to a sick world! Chime in your opinion at appropriate times with class and kindness. That being said, do not hold back on dishing out truth.. for we are NOT ashamed of the Gospel of Christ! But pick your battles wisely.

Why is homosexuality so bad?

It's very simple. It is the ultimate in sexual rebellion against God.
The classic response is, why should one's preference bother someone if it doesn't harm anyone?
Does your gayness harm me as an individual? Absolutely not. Not directly.
But sin has an almost karma like affect on all of us.. even personal sin. The deterioration of the nuclear family is a major problem in my opinion.
A related side note...
I have been interested in the psychology and sociology of serial killers from as far back as the 19th century. You will nearly always find deviant or overbearing parents involved in the raising of a serial killer. And so very often homosexuality is involved. Ed Gein, John Gacy, Dennis Nilsen, Jeffrey Dahmer, and Ottis Toole are a few that come to mind. There are many more in fact the number of serial killers who are homosexual is generally thought to be well above 60%.
The above stat is not to say that every homosexual has serial killer tendencies but it is fascinating that the reverse may be true.

I as a Christian am not going to start an anti-gay campaign. God gave us free will. But I will not water down the fact that it is a sin. It's a sin. And let's face it... it's just gross.

Fun Facts

* People want the government to help them out when they lose their job or fall on hard times. When I lose my job I want Barack Obama to come tuck me in at night, dry my tears, and play me a Hawaiian tune on the ukulele.

* I noticed that prices at the McDonald's in Missouri are much lower than the prices at the McDonald's here in Wichita. Is it sad that I am thinking about moving there because of this or is it just smart budgeting?

* LL Cool J's mama said knock you out. My mama said to run and hide behind the swing set.

It's About That Time Again

If you know it yet...sing along!

Seek me
Call me
I'll be waiting

This distance
This disillusion
I cling to memories
While falling
Sleep brings relief
And the hope of a new day
Waking the misery
Of being without you

Surrender
I give in
A moment yes another eternity
(Seek me) for comfort
(Call me) for solace
I'll be waiting
For the end of my broken heart
Completion
I'll be waiting
For the end of my broken heart

You know me
You know me all to well
My only desire
Is to bridge our division

In sorrow
I speak your name
and my voice mirrors, mirrors my torment

Am I breathing?
My strength fails me
Your picture
A bitter memory

The Ambassador Speaks

The Ambassador is a rapper who is a member of The Cross Movement, which is a larger rap group and ministry. These guys have been around for many, many years and they put out talented smart rap albums. But most of all they are a ministry that goes to the streets and apologetically preaches the real Gospel. They water nothing down. The Gospel needs no salesmen. I have always admired that.

This video is a great example of how they speak the truth without feeling ashamed in the least.
